Tejas Research & Engineering is committed to a rigorous and comprehensive Quality Assurance program. Tejas’ QA program outlines the procedures and processes used for all employees and informs customers and regulatory agencies of the internal controls that are in place to assure product and design quality.
The QA program is a perpetual “work-in-progress” – always striving for continual improvement. It has been developed to better satisfy the needs of our customers and to consistently improve the quality of our products and services. Our quality system has the following accreditations and registrations:
- API Specification Q1, Latest Edition
- API-14A Certification
- API-14L Certification
- ANAB Accredited ANSI/ASQ/ISO 9001-2000
The scope of the quality system at Tejas is:
- Designing and engineering of prototype specialty oilfield products
- Developing and manufacturing oilfield equipment
- Testing and validation of oilfield components and assemblies
